I am planing to climb Mt Fuji in the night 31st august to 1 september.

will take bus at shinjuku 11:40AM on sunday to Kawaguchiko and start climbing around 8:00 PM

Ela, It's been over a year since I attempted to visit Mt. Fuji! The day I planned on climbing, there were some severe thunderstorms, and all the buses were full (or so I was told). Did you make it?? My apologies for not replting back then. In fact I haven't been on this site for quite some time. Are you located in Japan? I'm here in Okinawa. Feel free to contact me... I'd like to try again in 2010!! Tony
