Hello!
My boyfriend and I would like to climb the weekend of the 20th/21st and I was wondering if anyone else climbing then would like form a group for safety / cab fare.
My preference would be to climb Saturday but to hold Sunday as a possibility so we don't feel pressure to go Saturday even if there is bad weather.
My thinking now is to take the earlier bus up and have a cab arranged in advance to pick us up that night.
Any suggestions on cab companies / how far they'll take you and how long they'll wait, etc., would be appreciated.

I am looking for partners/groups to climb on 20/21. I will be in Kawaguchiko till 22. Anyone trying for the same days please let me know. I arrive Kawaguchiko on 20th about 2-3 pm from Osaka.

Hi! Two of us are in Tokyo, the third is coming from Osaka. Do you have a phone number here? Email me at worklights at gmail dot com
1st plan is for the two of us to take the 15:30 Shinkasen/bus out of Shinjuku station arriving at Kawaguchiko at 17:30 and meet there to take a cab up to the Kawaguchiko 5th station.
2nd plan is to do an overnight 21/22 instead.
3rd plan in case the weather is too bad tomorrow night is to just do a day hike on Sunday but not reach the summit.
I haven not confirmed that cabs are available yet, am calling about that now. But let me know how that sounds to you via email.
