Finding afforbable accomodations for climbing mount Fuji

Hi,

This summer I'll be traveling through Japan with a friend of mine. We've planned to climb mount Fuji the 25th or 26th of July, but now have difficulty finding affordable accomodations for this date. All hotels and hostels seem to be fully booked. Originally we planned on climbing Fuji in one day (up and down from the 5th station and thereafter back to our hotel) but since we can't find any hotels for under 15000 yen we are thinking of staying two successive nights at one of the lodges on the mountain(preferably on a 5th station).

Could anyone give us a website or email adress for booking one of these lodges? Or maybe budget hotels or hostels which are not fully booked.
