The view of Mount Fuji across Suruga Bay is exquisite. You have the greatest chance to see this view in winter, when the air is clear.

You can have a full view of Fukuroi City and Kakegawa city from Miharashi No Oka. On a fine day in winter you can also see Mount Fuji.

3) Act City Hamamatsu (in Hamamatsu City)

From the observatory of the Act City building at 185 meters above the ground, not only nearby Ensyu Plain and Tenryu River but also distant Mount Fuji and South (Japanese) Alps can be seen. On a fine day in winter with clear atmosphere, you can see Mount Fuji shining in white.
