i am climbing with family on the 1st of july and have heard there is still snow on top and roads are closed. does anyone have any information. how clearly marked are the trails if there is still snow up top. will the huts be open. thanks for the help!

Weather reports are inaccurate., trails are poorly marked, cell phones apparently don't work, May 20th=considerable snow pack

I am looking to climb Fuji with two friends on 6/3 as well, I have not been able to find a condition report for the trails yet, but I have been following the weather closely. I am planning on having crampons and an ice axe for safety.

anyone have an idea how much snow pack and the elevation as of today or on 6/3?
i know the huts are closed but will the trail be easy to find and follow?
do cell phones work on the mountain, if not do any communication device
