when we climb M.Fuji,do we have to care about the moon phases ?

i plan to climb M.Fuji around 9-11 of August.But they are new moon days.
i am afraid that there won.t have enogh light.So it will be dangerous for climbing.
Do the moon phases really have an effect?

you will require a headlamp(recommended) or a torch.

relying on the moons "brightness" will not work!
in fact it's too dangerous.
you are on a mountain with varying terrain to contend with!
