Mountain Hut reservations

We are planning to climb Mt Fuji 8/17 and are looking for information on how to make a reservation at a mountain hut. We would like to stay at the Ogiya hut - but can't find a website or email address. Any info would be helpful.
We plan to stay in Kawaguchiko but would like to descend on the Subashiri trail - which means we would come out in Gotemba - so we are also looking for information on transportation back to Kawaguchiko

Hi stepheno,
the phone number of Ogiya is 0550-84-3513. According to this Japanese Web site,

the phone line is available only between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM during the official climbing season (which is July and August).
I've heard some mountain huts hire English-speaking staff during the official season, so you may want to try calling Ogiya in July.

Speaking of how to get to Kawaguchiko from Subashiri trail, there's a bus from Gotemba train station to Kawaguchiko train station.

I'm afraid the bus company only provides Japanese Web page.

The first bus leaves Gotemba train station at 8:10 AM and the last one 20:00 PM.
It takes about an hour to Kawaguchiko train station.
Lastly, the fare is 1,470 yen.
