Night Climb - August 10(thats today!)

is it safe to climb today? there seems to be a typhoon somewhere
south and Im a bit worried about this.

the weather forecast in this site tells that its only rain to fine.

please help, i paid the bus already roundtrip=(

I'm more worried about the wind. The typhoon is expected to approach Mount Fuji area from tonight to tomorrow morning.
Affected areas of typhoon is not so large but its path is unpredictable. So the daily forecast may not reflect the latest typhoon information, which JMA dedicates a special page here:

If you can't postpone the climbing, I imagine it's a difficult decision...
If I were you I'd keep checking the typhoon news as much as possible, and cancel if it does not move away from the predicted path. Since I'm not an expert climber, I have to go safely. I might also call a mountain hut to know how windy up on the mountain.

i went there and it was, I think, a very perfect climbing condition.
no rain, no wind and not very cold! i hope i can climb again=)
